Laura E. Linser

Chairwoman and CEO
Ms. Linser is a Founding Shareholder and CEO since inception in January 25, 2006, and Chairwoman since January 1, 2007. She is the co-patent holder on IRPS™, our Intelligent Remote Power Solution and the principal architect of Mythos SimpleVue™, our web based, renewable energy monitoring software application that allows simple management of wide scale distributed energy supplies supporting surveillance or wireless networks worldwide.

Prior to founding Mythos Solar, Ms. Linser was the Senior Sales Engineer / Project Manager at Rightsline, Inc, a hosted IP rights tracking application; Channel Systems Engineer at Veritas Software(NASDAQ:VRTS), a leading hosted storage management application; Senior Application Engineer at Excalibur Technologies (acquired by Convera Technologies); and Presales Systems Engineer at Fulcrum Technologies (acquired by Hummingbird).

Ms Linser holds a B.S. in CIS from California State University, Dominguez Hills; NASD Series 7 & 63; and is a member of FWE&E, a Bay Area forum for woman executives.

Raymond P. Dowd

Director, President and CFO
Mr. Dowd is a Founding Shareholder and the designer, principal architect and co-patent holder of IRPS™. Mr. Dowd has over 20 years experience in financial and asset management in senior management roles such as VP, Paine Webber; Principal, La Jolla Capital Corp; and President and CFO of DBK-Pinnacle, Inc which merged to become US EURO Securities, Inc in 2003.

Mr. Dowd holds a B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), NASD Series 3, 4, 7, 22, 24, 27, 63 & 65 licenses and CFA Level 1 Candidate with expertise in equities trading, currency and commodities hedging strategies. Mr. Dowd currently serves as financial expert on the Advisory Board for ShadePlex LLC.

Marcelline Saunders

Director
Ms. Saunders is a Director, Chairwoman of the Strategy Committee. She is currently vice president of marketing for Groxis, a leader in federated search and information management solutions where she is responsible for all marketing activities and product management. Before joining Groxis, Ms. Saunders held senior product management roles at ZANTAZ, a market leader in hosted email archiving, and Hummingbird, where she managed their enterprise search and knowledge management product lines. She has also held other management and technology positions including VP of Operations for Acteva and Director of Professional Services for PCDocs and Fulcrum.

Ms. Saunders holds two degrees, a BSc from the University of Toronto and an MLS from the University of Western Ontario.

Trenton Carroll

Director
Mr. Carroll is a Founding Shareholder since March 2006; Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee since January 1, 2008. He is the owner and founder of Sundown Marine Corporation an exclusive Beneteau USA dealer. Prior to launching Sundown Marine he was Vice President of Business Development for ASI where he was responsible for corporate growth, including day-to-day leadership of ASI’s sales force. Prior to ASI Mr. Carroll held several executive positions with Bell Helmets, CYRCK, and Xerox.

Mr. Carroll holds a B.S. from Lockhaven University.

Mark V. Noffke, CPA

Director
Mr. Noffke is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of BoomJ Inc in January of 2007. During 2006, Mr. Noffke was the Chief Financial Officer of Financial Media Group Inc. Prior to FMG, Mr. Noffke was Chief Financial Officer of National Storm Management, Inc. where he was responsible for taking the company into the public arena beginning in 2004. Mr. Noffke was an investment banker at Striker Pacific Corporation where he conducted due diligence, and acquisition analysis in various industries, including waste recycling, forest products and automotive.

From September 1996 until August 2003, Noffke served as the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of U.S. Forest Industries, Inc, a timber manufacturing company, where he was responsible for developing the company's accounting infrastructure. From January 2002 to May 2004, Mr. Noffke served as Chief Financial Officer of Brands Shopping Networks, a publicly traded company currently known as United Fuel and Energy Corporation. In this position, Mr. Noffke was responsible for raising capital and developing the accounting infrastructure. Prior to these positions Mr. Noffke held a variety of operating and executive financial positions within the Stone Container Corporation organization now Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation.

Mr. Noffke is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in Accounting from Valparaiso University in Northwestern Indiana.
