Laura E. Linser

Chairwoman & CEO
To her role as chairwoman and CEO, Ms. Linser brings a personable attitude, a creative spirit, vast technical skills and two decades of experience selling large-scale products and services to Fortune 500 companies and governments. She began her career at Logicon Ultrasystems and worked in customer-facing engineering roles at Fulcrum Technologies and Veritas Software, among others, before joining Mythos in 2006. A skilled listener and motivated problem solver, Ms. Linser has the unique ability to make both developers and end users feel at ease discussing complex technical processes. Ms. Linser has held NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses and Top Secret SCI clearance. She is a member of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives and holds a B.S. in computer information systems from Cal State University.

Raymond P. Dowd

President & CFO
As president and CFO, Mr. Dowd draws on more than 20 years of experience in sales, management and business development. He began his career at Remington Securities, where he set all-time sales records and was named Broker of the Year for 1989, 1990 and 1991. He held executive-level positions at Paine Webber and La Jolla Capital, founded DBK Pinnacle, an NASD broker dealer, in 1995, and then became president and CFO of US EURO Securities before joining Mythos in 2006. Mr. Dowd has a proven record of relationship building, strategy creation and implementation, and client satisfaction and loyalty. His finely honed management and communication skills make him a highly effective leader with the ability to put clients at ease. Mr. Dowd has held NASD Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 27, 63 and 65 licenses. He holds a B.A. in public administration from UCLA.
