SAN MATEO, Calif., February 2, 2007 — Mythos Solar Energy today established a four-member advisory board during its first annual shareholders meeting in Marina del Rey, Calif. The company also promoted CEO Laura Linser to chairwoman and CEO, and CFO Raymond P. Dowd to president and CFO. Account manager Benjamin Poole was promoted to national sales manager.

Joining the advisory board are SHURflo water pump company founder E. Dale Hartley, GridPoint vice president James T. Spann, international attorney Dirk Michels and University of Minnesota professor Robert R. Miller.

Linser said the company will look to the varied expertise and experiences of these advisers to provide Mythos with guidance on how best to grow the company and expand its strategic reach.
