Belmont, CA, February 23, 2008 — Mythos Solar Energy established its Board of Directors and Sub Committees per Sarbanes – Oxley compliance today with the announcement of the election of three new Directors at its first Board Directors Meeting held at The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Marina del Rey, CA.

Mark V. Noffke, CPA, elected to the Board and as Chairman of the Audit Committee, has been tasked with management of the company’s financial statements and related schedules, oversight of the accounting procedures and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

Marcelline Saunders, elected to the Board and as Chairwoman of the Strategy Committee, has been tasked with creation of the company’s pricing schedule, marketing materials and OEM partnership program.

Trenton Carroll, elected to the Board and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee, has been tasked with oversight of the executive compensation plans and creation of the company’s marine sales channel.
