Belmont, CA, June 9, 2008 — Mythos Solar Energy engaged the Investment Banking and Research firm Next Generation Equity Research LLC of Chicago, IL today to consult on an unsolicited acquisition query from a publicly traded solar industry player. The scope of the agreement includes negotiating any forthcoming offer while positioning the company to raise substantial additional capital. The agreement also includes actively seeking out additional target acquirers with the greatest synergy for a renewable energy software company.

Synergistic Combination Sought
