GridPoint’s intelligent energy management appliance consists of solid-state, Web-enabled, microprocessor-controlled electronics that connect directly to the grid. It comes with everything needed to connect solar power to a home or business, quickly and easily.

Net metering allows the GridPoint Connect appliance to trade energy produced by a renewable source, such as the sun, back to utility companies when the grid is operating and GridPoint’s battery bank is fully charged. When the grid is down, renewable power charges the battery bank and powers critical systems on the separate secure panel.
